Refund Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
We want you to pay only for something you actually use. Every Adanotch Pro plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Adanotch Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason. This applies to the yearly plan (first payment and each renewal) and to the lifetime plan.
2. How to ask for a refund
- E-mail [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number (it starts with "txn_" or appears in your Paddle receipt).
- Or request it directly from Paddle using the link in your receipt, or at paddle.net.
3. What happens next
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Once approved, the money usually reaches you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When the refund is complete, the license key is deactivated on all Macs.
4. Cancelling a yearly plan
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period by itself. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment and want that payment back, ask for a refund as described above.
5. After 14 days
After 14 days payments are generally not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we choose to help, for example if a serious bug stops Adanotch from working on your Mac and we can't fix it. Write to us and we'll look at it.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
