Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Adanotch ("we", "us") about the Adanotch app for macOS, this website (www.adanotch.com) and the licenses we sell. By downloading, buying or using Adanotch you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Adanotch.

1. Who sells Adanotch

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle's own Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown before you pay; Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies.

2. Plans and trial

  • Adanotch Pro can be tried free for 14 days on a Mac; no payment details are needed for the trial.
  • Yearly plan: a subscription that renews automatically every 12 months at the price shown at checkout until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Lifetime plan: a single payment with no renewals and no extra fees.

3. Your license

When you buy a plan we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Adanotch Pro on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You can move a license from one Mac to another from the "My license" page.

You may not resell, rent, share or publish your license key, try to bypass license checks, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

4. Extensions

Adanotch can run extensions written by other developers. Each extension shows the permissions it asks for before you install it. Third-party extensions are provided by their authors, not by us, and their authors are responsible for them.

5. Updates and availability

We release updates to fix problems and add features. We may change or remove features over time, but we will not take away the core of what you paid for during your license period. License activation needs an internet connection now and then; the app keeps working offline between checks.

6. Refunds

If Adanotch isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Details are in our Refund Policy. A refunded license is deactivated.

7. Hardware features

Features such as fan control change how your Mac behaves. Adanotch has safety limits (for example, it returns the fans to macOS when temperatures get high), but you use these features at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Adanotch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using Adanotch at any time. We may end your license if you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your key. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) continue to apply.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you on this website or by e-mail before it takes effect.

11. Contact
